How to
First of all you need to place an order. You can do that either by using my automated system or by sending me an email with your requests. For small quantities prices are not negociable. Prices does not include shipping fees unless specified otherwise. We need to quote you the shipping fees after you have placed an order. After we have settled the terms & shipping fees and you are happy with your order you will make the full payment using any of the available payment options ( paypal, money bookers, bank account, western union ). The payment is not refundable unless we fail to respect our own terms and conditions described here. We can refund you the money if we consider this necessary without any explanation whatsoever.
Shipping
Your order will be usually shipped in the least amount of time from Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China. Depending on the availability of the products it will take from 2 to 7 days to complete the order from the moment the payment is confirmed. The goods will be shipped using a method of your choice.
Warranty terms
If needed me and my husband we can assist you in after sales and warranty problems. Our products have a 6 months warranty policy wherever we fail to specify otherwise. During this time we will replace or repair defective goods. If the problem cannot be solved remotely you will be required to ship the product back to us. You will pay the necessary return fees and we will send you a replacement on our expense using normal postal service in 7 days from the moment we receive.
